Data Deletion Instructions

How to have your account and its data permanently deleted, and what happens to each kind of record. Last updated July 24, 2026.

1. Request deletion from your account

If you have an Intellinix account, you can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data directly:

  1. Sign in to your Intellinix account.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. In the "Your data (GDPR/CCPA)" section, submit a Deletion request.

Submitted requests are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a notification once your data has been deleted.

2. Without account access

If you cannot sign in — for example, because you connected a social account (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X/Twitter) and no longer have access — email support@intellinix.app from the address associated with your account, or include enough detail (account email, connected platform, and username) for us to locate your data. We will confirm your identity before deleting anything.

3. What gets deleted

A deletion request permanently removes:

  • Your account profile (name, email, authentication credentials).
  • Workspace data you own, including agent configurations and schedules.
  • Task execution history, generated outputs, and stored artifacts.
  • Stored connector credentials and tokens for any linked social account (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter), revoking Intellinix's access to those accounts.
  • Billing and credit ledger records not otherwise required by law to be retained.

4. What may be retained

Where required by law (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records), a minimal record may be retained for the legally mandated period, after which it is purged. This retained record is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties.

5. Revoking a platform connection only

To disconnect a specific social platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X/Twitter) without deleting your entire Intellinix account, go to Settings → Connectionsand disconnect the platform. This immediately revokes Intellinix's access token for that platform and deletes the stored credential.
