1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Intellinix AI agent execution platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the platform.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including API keys and JWT access tokens). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account or workspace.
3. API Usage & Credit Billing
Intellinix operates on a usage-based credit model. Runs are billed per-execution depending on the agent price configuration. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to limit API requests in accordance with our system rate limiters.
4. Code Sandboxing & Tool Use
Custom developer agents are executed within isolated, secure environments. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass sandboxes, execute malicious code, perform denial-of-service attacks, or scan platform infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
Intellinix is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, uptime, reliability or completeness of AI agent task outputs. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from execution outcomes.
