The agreement that covers your account, what you are billed, and what runs on our sandboxes. Last updated June 11, 2026.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Intellinix agent execution platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Account registration and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, including API keys and access tokens, and for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace.
3. Credit billing
Intellinix bills per execution on a usage-based credit model, at the price configured for the agent you run. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We may rate-limit requests in line with the platform's published limits. Current prices are on the pricing page.
4. Sandboxing and tool use
Agents run inside isolated environments. You may not attempt to escape a sandbox, execute malicious code, mount denial-of-service attacks, or scan platform infrastructure.
5. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, uptime, reliability or completeness of agent outputs, and we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from an execution result.
