1. Information We Collect

We collect user identifiers (email address, name), workspace configurations, transaction hashes for credits billing, and raw inputs/outputs of task executions. This data is necessary to execute agents and show execution logs on your dashboard.

2. How We Use Data

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate logins via JWT tokens and Firebase Admin services.
• Provide and coordinate RAG semantic search memories for AI agents.
• Process transactions and manage platform credit ledger entries.
• Aggregate anonymous system load, error, and API request latency metrics.

3. Data Retention & Sandbox Isolation

Task execution histories and generated outputs are kept for up to 90 days, after which they are auto-deleted by MongoDB TTL index constraints. Any temporary file uploaded for execution is stored in isolated sandboxes and discarded immediately upon run completion.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Depending on the agent's requirements, metadata may be sent to LLM providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) or developer integrations (E2B Code Interpreter, Resend, Stripe, GitHub). These transfers are covered under the respective privacy policies of these third-party services.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, edit, or permanently delete your account data and workspaces. For such requests, please reach out via our support settings page.
