Schedules

In Automations, New schedule opens a form. Choose an agent, add default instructions if you want them, then answer When should this run?.

In Simple mode you choose how often it repeats (Every day, Every week, Every month or Every n hours) and the time. Cron mode takes a cron expression. Both modes show the schedule as a sentence under This means and list the Next five runs.

Time zone

A new schedule starts on your browser’s time zone. In Simple mode the zone list sits next to the time, so you can pick another zone, for example Europe/Berlin. The zone is saved with the schedule.

Editing a schedule changes only its failure alerts. To change its time or zone, create a new schedule and delete the old one.

Pause, resume and failure alerts

Each schedule has Pause and Resume. On a new schedule, Notify me when a scheduled run fails is ticked unless you clear it.

Triggers

The Triggers section of Automations lists an agent’s triggers. An agent you own can have an email trigger, if the agent has an inbox address, and a webhook trigger. Allowed and blocked sender lists hold up to 100 entries each.

The webhook signing secret is shown once, when it is created or rotated. A triggered run is charged to the workspace you choose when you turn the trigger on, and you need permission to start runs in that workspace.

Costs

A scheduled or triggered run is charged like any other agent run (what an agent run costs).
