What a workspace holds
Runs, credits and connections belong to a workspace. Asking for a run that belongs to another workspace returns 404, the same answer as for a run that does not exist.
Roles
A workspace has four roles. Each person in it has one.
- Owner
- Full access, including billing and transferring ownership.
- Administrator
- Manage agents, people and connections, and view billing. Cannot change billing or transfer ownership.
- Member
- Run agents and manage their own work. Cannot add connections or invite people.
- Viewer
- See runs and files. Cannot start a run.
When you invite someone, the invite form shows the description of the role you pick.
Invite people
Invite people from Settings → Workspace. An invitation can be resent, or revoked before anyone uses it.
Switch workspace
You can belong to several workspaces and switch between them.
Delete and restore
Only the owner sees Delete workspace. The dialog counts what will be removed, such as people, agents, runs and files, and asks you to type the workspace name. While runs in the workspace are still going, it asks you to cancel them or wait for them to end.
A deleted workspace can be restored for 30 days. Public links stay revoked and schedules stay paused after a restore.
