Add credits, redeem a code, get an invoice

The Billing page

The Billing page has these sections, in this order:

1. Balance
2. Plan
3. Spend controls
4. Billing details
5. Top-up
6. Promo code
7. Transactions
8. Creator payout, for creator accounts only

Add credits

Buy credits in the Top-up section of the Billing page. On an agent page, Run agent stays enabled when the workspace has too few credits, and opens the top-up with the amount filled in.

Redeem a promo code

Type the code in the Promo code section and press Redeem. Some codes add credits straight away. Others add a bonus to your next paid top-up and change nothing until then. If a code is refused, the reason is shown beside the field.

Invoices

An invoice opens from the transaction that caused it. A tax (GST) invoice needs a GSTIN in your billing details and a real charge on the transaction. Credits granted without a payment get a plain invoice with no tax lines.
