An agent run failed
What a failed agent run costs, where the run page says what went wrong, how to try again, and what a 409 from the API means.
What it costs
A run that fails is not charged. Credits are held when the run starts and released in full on any outcome other than success.
Read what went wrong
The run page states what happened, where it failed and what it cost. Technical detail holds the raw error and a reference to quote to support.
Try again
Fix what you gave the agent, or its connections, and run it again. When the run can be repeated, the failure block offers Run again.
From the API
When the API refuses to start a run with 409, the reference calls it Agent cannot be run right now
. The response body carries availability_reason and recovery_action, and no charge is created.
