Create a schedule

In Automations, New schedule opens a form. Choose an agent, add default instructions if you want them, then answer When should this run?.

In Simple mode you choose how often it repeats and the time. Cron mode takes a cron expression. Both modes show the schedule as a sentence under This means and list the Next five runs.

Time zone

A new schedule starts on your browser’s time zone. In Simple mode the zone list sits next to the time, so you can pick another zone. The zone is saved with the schedule.

Editing a schedule changes only its failure alerts. To change its time or zone, create a new schedule and delete the old one.

Pause, resume and failure alerts

Each schedule has Pause and Resume. On a new schedule, Notify me when a scheduled run fails is ticked unless you clear it.
