Common questions
Short answers on what failed, cancelled and Magic runs cost, changing and refining Magic plans, files, access, the API and support.
Answers
Is a failed or cancelled agent run charged?
A run that fails is not charged. Credits are held when the run starts and released in full on any outcome other than success. A run you cancel is not charged either. Cancelling releases the whole hold, including the steps that had already finished.
What happens to credits while an agent run is in progress?
Credits are held, not spent, while a run is in flight. The held amount is unavailable to other runs until the run reaches a result.
Does Magic charge for steps that failed?
When some steps of a Magic run fail, only the completed steps are charged.
If I cancel a Magic run, what am I charged?
A cancelled Magic run is charged for completed steps only.
Can I change a Magic plan before it runs?
Yes, in Auto and Deep, which pause after planning so you can review and change the plan. Fast runs without a plan review. See review and approve a Magic plan.
How many times can I refine a Magic result?
Up to five times per run, on runs that are done or that reached your budget cap. See change a Magic result.
Where are the files a run made?
An agent run keeps its files on the run page and on Artifacts. A Magic run’s files are on its result screen. See find a past run or its files.
Who can open my runs?
People in the same workspace, according to their role. Asking for a run that belongs to another workspace returns 404, the same answer as for a run that does not exist.
Can I use IntelliNix from my own code?
Yes. The REST API takes an API key in the X-API-Key header. Start with the REST API guide.
How are connection credentials stored?
